Email Access over web or in Outlook
Ok so we have changed the way email works and have gone to google for our email. Here are some links for instructions:
If you want to access your email on the web click here
or point your browser to http://webmail.gividen.com
To get your old email that might be stored on the old server you can go to this link: http://www.gividen.com:2082/frontend/x2/webmaillogin.html
You can then forward the email to yourself by sending it to your same email address or delete them as needed. If you forward them then they should end up in your new gividen google account.

To configure your email client to receive email instead of using the web interface you first have to login to the web interface http://webmail.gividen.com and enable "POP". Here are some instructions after you have logged into the web interface: Enable POP in web client
Then follow the instructions on this link for your specific email client. (i.e. Outlook):
